Mechanics (Pty) Ltd is a precision engineering and electronics company
situated in South Africa. Model Mechanics is a sister company of a
multi-million dollar group of companies, namely LGR Telecommunications
International and Instrumach. These companies have financed and equipped
Model Mechanics. All the necessary skills and processes required to
design and manufacture these small turbines, have been developed in-house.
The ongoing search for cost effective and cost saving technologies and the
ability to finance and sustain the staff as well as the technology,
will keep Model Mechanics at the cutting edge of this field. Our
engineers, both mechanical and electronic, together with a very
strong embedded software capability, see to it that the product
is safely and reliably managed from concept to production. Model
Mechanics owns it's own manufacturing facility, which is equipped
with the latest CNC machinery and test equipment. South Africa serves
as a perfect development environment simply because the over inflated
costs of development and production in Europe and the Americas do
not allow our competitors to compete at the same level with the
same quality.
